Escape the rat race

Life is frantic. You want to do everything, have everything, and yet you feel exhausted. Where to start? What to do next? I know, I’ve been there. I followed my passion and was overwhelmed by the details. I changed countries without support of any kind. And just when I needed more time, more energy and more of everything, I found myself burned out and directionless. More than twenty-five years ago, I set out on a quest to understand everyday human performance. I practiced meditation, martial arts and tai chi, and I discovered biohacking, learning to adjust the details of my life to be able to do more with less effort.
