Nutrition, recovery, sleep, movement, exercise, habits, breathing, and more. Together, we will review the key areas you can biohack in order for them to contribute actively to achieving your goals, apply the art and science of optimizing your environment, your body and your mind to find your state of high performance.


3 sessions / 6 weeks

160 € / session

Over a period of six weeks, we will have three human potential coaching sessions to respond to your immediate needs, clarify your priorities, and boost your energy.


6 sessions / 12 weeks

140 € /session

This series of 6 human potential coaching session will allow you to further your quest to reach peak performance. Sign up for this when you know you can do better balancing out your life and achieving your goals.


12 sessions / 24 weeks

120 € / session

Sometimes you want or need to reconnect with who you are deep inside or even to reinvent yourself. Sometimes life throws you a curveball—you change jobs or countries or significant others. In these moments, a human potential coach can help you see more clearly where you are going and biohacking can help give you the energy your need to transform your life. We dig deep into your motivations and habits, always with kindness and encouragement, and help you write the next chapter of your story.

This option is for anyone who wants to push their limits. Together, we’ll build your life as a biohacker performing at your very best. I add some extra tools:

  • Shadowing. I accompany you for a full day to help you analyze your environment to find what makes you weak and what makes you strong.

  • Quantification and monitoring tools, methods, and devices. After developing your biohacking roadmap, we will determine and put in place the adapted tools you choose to use.
